He has a teaching career of more than 20 years at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, having also taught at the University of Lima, the University of Applied Sciences and the Academy of Judiciary. Consultant to the First Labor Jurisdictional Plenum of the Supreme Court of Justice in 2012. He is a member of the Peruvian Association of Human Resources (APERHU) and President of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law (SPDTSS).
