Her practice focuses on Administrative and Regulatory Law, Personal Data Protection, Public Procurement, Intellectual Property and Competition Law, as well as Consumer Protection Law. She is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) with extensive experience in handling, preventing and strategically resolving matters in her areas of expertise. 

Nadia has served as Head of the Regulatory Practice at ECIJA Perú, Head of the Intellectual Property and Competition Practice at Berninzon & Benavides Abogados, and as an Associate at Jorge Avendaño & Forsyth Abogados. She also served at INDECOPI’s Unfair Competition Commission. 

She has designed and implemented compliance programmes in the field of Personal Data Protection, including the drafting and updating of privacy policies, gap analyses, database management, implementation of security measures, and legal support during inspections and investigations conducted by the National Authority for Personal Data Protection. 

She holds a Law degree from Universidad Tecnológica del Perú and has more than twenty years of professional experience. She has participated in arbitrations relating to public procurement matters, developing defence strategies, conducting contractual risk assessments and providing technical and legal support in the resolution of disputes arising from the performance of government contracts, bringing a technical, strategic and results-oriented approach.
