Dedicated to complex matters in competition law, consumer law, intellectual property, and heavily regulated sectors, as well as international trade. He is also dedicated to administrative law and the defense of companies in sanctioning procedures, as well as in their review before the Judiciary.

Dedicated to arbitration, judicial and constitutional matters. He has been legal manager of Indecopi, deputy superintendent and investor’s ombudsman of the Peruvian Securities Market Superintendence and international official of the Andean Community, Metropolitan Councilor of Lima, among others.

Post-doctorate from the University of Salamanca. PhD and Master in Law from the University of La Coruña, and is Master in Law, Business and Justice from the University of Valencia. He is the author of the book Derecho de la Competencia (Aranzadi, Navarra, 2022) and co-author of Derecho del Comercio Internacional Peruano (Tirant lo blanch, Valencia, 2022) and Manual de derecho del consumo aplicado a los servicios bancarios (Palestra, Lima, 2021), among the most recent ones. He is the director of the Anuario iberoamericano de derecho de la competencia y del consumo (IJ editores, Buenos Aires).

In the academic community, he has been director of the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad ESAN. He is a columnist for the newspaper Gestión, with the blog Reglas de Juego. (https://gestion.pe/blog/reglasdejuego/).
