Her practice focuses on Consumer Protection Law, Competition Law and Intellectual Property matters, with experience in administrative sanctioning proceedings, the development of defence strategies and the drafting of legal submissions.

Emma has participated in proceedings before administrative authorities, particularly before the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), including contingency analysis, the review of out-of-court settlement agreements and preventive legal risk management.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently enrolled in the Second Specialisation Programme in Consumer Protection Law at the same institution.

She is a member of the Intellectual Property Study Group (GEPI), where she participates in academic research and outreach activities.
