JAime has extensive experience in advising businesses, public and private entities in matters related to administrative, fisheries, construction and education law. He is also dedicated to municipal law. He has been the general director of the Legal Advice Office of PRODUCE (ministry of Production), Legal counsel of the National Program for Productive Diversification (PRODUCE), and senior associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados.
Lawyer from the Universidad de Piura. Sports and Football Law studies from the Real Spanish Federation of Football and the Chair of Investigation in Sports Law from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain. He has a Diploma in Advanced Doctorate at the same university.
Regarding academic activities, hehas been university professor in Administrative Law I and II at Universidad de Piura.
