Jaime focuses his practice on Employment, Sports and Administrative Law. He has extensive experience advising companies and public and private entities on matters relating to talent management strategies and labour relations in the industrial, fisheries and entertainment sectors, as well as in proceedings before the Labour Administrative Authority and previously served as external adviser to the National Intendancy of Inspection Intelligence of SUNAFIL. 

He also provides specialised legal advice in the sports industry, advising federations, sports clubs, agencies, sports-related businesses, intermediaries and professional and high-performance athletes. He represents leading participants in the sector before national and international sports dispute resolution bodies, including proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). 

Prior experience includes serving as Head of the Legal Advisory Office at the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE) and as Legal Adviser to the National Productive Diversification Programme of the same ministry. Before joining the Firm, he was a Senior Associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados. 

He holds a Law degree from Universidad de Piura. He has undertaken specialised studies in Sports Law and Football Law through programmes offered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation and the Sports Law Research Chair of Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I (Spain). He also holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in the doctoral programme of the same university. 

In the academic sphere, he served as a university lecturer at Universidad de Piura, teaching Administrative Law I and Administrative Law II.
