Specialist in Administrative Law, Sports Law, and Labor Law. Extensive experience advising public and private entities on matters related to Administrative Law, Fisheries Law, Urban Planning and Construction Law, and Education Law. Also focused on municipal law and local government advisory.
Formerly served as General Director of the Office of Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE) and as Legal Advisor to the National Program for Productive Diversification of the same Ministry (PRODUCE). Also served as Senior Associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Firm.
Licensed in Law by Universidad de Piura. Completed studies in Sports Law and Football Law at the Royal Spanish Football Federation and the Sports Law Research Chair at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I (Spain). Holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Doctoral Research from the same institution.
In academia, served as professor at Universidad de Piura, teaching Administrative Law I and II.
