Dedicated to business consulting in the areas of labor law, labor litigation, social security and immigration. She has extensive experience in consulting, labor litigation and labor inspections. She has developed her professional career in various firms in the country, such as EY and KPMG, besides having been a legal assistant in the Supreme Court of Justice of Peru.
She has participated in the design of procedural strategies and legal advice for the coordination of individual and collective labor relations in the mining, fishing, health and education sectors, among others. She has also provided corporate training on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion.
She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she is currently completing the Second Specialization Program in Labor Law and Social Security. She has also been a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law and is the author of legal articles published in professional journals.
