Dedicated to preventive legal advice and compliance in the field of competition, consumption, advertising and digital business. He is highly specialized in the Antitrust control of corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as in litigation in matters under the jurisdiction of Indecopi. Expert in trademark and copyright protection. Specialist in the regulation of pharmaceutical products, as well as regulations of food and beverages. He has been legal representative of Indecopi and advisor to the senior management of the Peruvian Securities Market Superintendence.

Completed studies in the University of Valencia´s Master Program in Law, Business and Justice; and in the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú´s Master Program in Competition Law and Intellectual Property. He is co-author of the book Derecho del Comercio Internacional Peruano (Tirant lo Blanch, Valencia, 2022) and Manual de derecho del consumo aplicado a los servicios bancarios (Palestra, Lima, 2021), among others.
