Fiorella brings extensive experience in Employment and Labour Litigation Law, advising and representing domestic and multinational companies in the strategic management of individual and collective labour relations, collective bargaining and employment litigation. 

She has extensive experience in judicial proceedings, designing and implementing litigation strategies aimed at mitigating employment-related risks and contingencies, as well as effectively defending clients’ interests in complex disputes. 

Her practice encompasses comprehensive preventive employment law advice, including the implementation of regulatory compliance strategies, the drafting and review of corporate policies, assistance in labour inspections and administrative proceedings before labour authorities, and the management of employment relations across organisations operating in a wide range of sectors. She previously served as Senior Associate at Hora Abogados Asociados, a boutique employment law firm, and as External Labour Adviser to the Tax Administration Service of Trujillo. 

She has a specialisation in Labour and Social Security Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In the academic sphere, she has participated as a speaker in specialised programmes and courses on Employment Law, Occupational Health and Safety.
