Specialist in legal advisory on matters related to Competition, Consumer Protection, and Advertising in regulated economic sectors, with a strategic focus on administrative litigation. Additional expertise in Personal Data Protection and the regulation of Food and Beverages.

Formerly served as official at Peru’s competition authorities, INDECOPI and OSIPTEL. Has also served as lecturer at the National School for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property of INDECOPI, as well as in the annual university extension programs organized by INDECOPI and OSIPTEL.

Licensed in Law by Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Completed Master’s studies in Business Law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Completed academic training in the Diploma Program in Antitrust Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
