Dedicated to advising on competition, consumer and advertising issues in regulated economic sectors, as well as administrative litigation with a strategic approach. Specialist in personal data protection, as well as in food and beverage regulation. He has been an official of the Peruvian competition authorities, Indecopi and Osiptel.

Lawyer by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Completed studies in the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC)´s Master Program in Business Law. He has attended the Diploma on Antitrust by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has taught at the National School for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property of Indecopi, as well as in the annual university extension courses organized by Indecopi and Osiptel.
