Carlos has extensive experience in Competition Law, Consumer Protection and Advertising matters in regulated economic sectors, as well as strategic administrative litigation. He also specialises in Personal Data Protection and Food and Beverage Regulation. 

His experience includes roles as an officer of Peru’s competition and regulatory authorities, INDECOPI and OSIPTEL. He has also lectured at the National School for the Defence of Competition and Intellectual Property of INDECOPI, as well as in the annual university extension programmes organised by INDECOPI and OSIPTEL. 

He holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, has completed postgraduate studies in Business Law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and has undertaken a Diploma Programme in Competition Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
