Alexander focuses his practice on Telecommunications, Competition and Consumer Protection Law, with extensive experience in regulatory advice and the defence of clients in administrative proceedings.  

He has more than ten years of experience advising telecommunications companies including fixed internet, telephony, cable and satellite services, covering regulatory compliance, inspections, project implementation, licensing matters, legal reporting, service quality matters and the handling of complaints submitted to the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), PRONATEL and OSIPTEL. 

Previously, he served at the Technical Secretariat of INDECOPI’s Free Competition Commission and at OSIPTEL’s Administrative Tribunal for the Resolution of Claims. He also provides strategic advice on advertising campaigns and risk management in relation to consumer protection regulations across sectors including technology and real estate. His practice encompasses antitrust risk assessment, competition law compliance and regulatory strategy, combining technical legal expertise with a strong commercial perspective. 

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, has completed postgraduate studies in Business Law at the same institution and also holds a Diploma in Competition Law, with a specialisation in New Technologies and Digital Markets, from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
