Specialist in Telecommunications, Competition, and Consumer Protection Law, with solid experience in regulatory advisory and defense in administrative proceedings. Over 10 years of experience advising companies in the telecommunications sector—including fixed internet, telephony, cable, and satellite services—on regulatory compliance, inspections, project implementation, permit management, legal reporting, service quality, and complaint handling before MTC, PRONATEL, and OSIPTEL. 

Formerly served at the Technical Secretariat of the Commission for the Defense of Competition at INDECOPI and at the Administrative Tribunal for the Resolution of Complaints of OSIPTEL. Provides strategic support in advertising campaigns and risk management related to Consumer Protection regulations, particularly in sectors such as technology and real estate. His practice includes risk assessment and compliance with antitrust and competition laws, combining regulatory insight with business-oriented perspective. 

Licensed in Law by Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Completed Master’s studies in Business Law at the same university and holds a Diploma in Antitrust Law with a focus on New Technologies and Digital Markets from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
