Dedicated to matters of general commercial law, corporate law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, financial law, securities market law and arbitration. He has solid experience in complex corporate matters, conflicts between shareholders and with administrators, as well as in the preparation of reports and expert legal opinions in the areas of his specialty.
He is a lawyer graduated with honors from the Universidad Católica de Santa María de Arequipa (2016) and holds a Master in Business Law from the Universidad de Navarra in Spain (2017). He also holds a diploma in Management of Professional Services Firms from the University of Navarra and the IESE Business School.
He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is a registered arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Arequipa.
He is the author and co-author of several articles in national specialized law journals, as well as a regular lecturer in congresses and academic events.
