Samuel advises clients on General Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Financial Law, Capital Markets Law, Corporate Governance, Wealth Planning and Arbitration. He has extensive experience in complex corporate transactions, shareholder and management-related disputes, as well as in the preparation of expert legal opinions and reports. 

Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a Senior Associate at Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados. He has also gained international experience as a visiting associate lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (Madrid, 2024) and as a Legal Intern at Uría Menéndez (Madrid, 2017). 

He graduated with honours in Law from Universidad Católica de Santa María de Arequipa and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad de Navarra (Spain). He also holds a Diploma in Professional Services Firm Management from Universidad de Navarra and IESE Business School (Spain). 

In the academic sphere, he serves as Lecturer on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is a full member of the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho y Finanzas. He has authored various articles published in specialised legal journals in Peru and has also taught at the Faculty of Law of Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.  

Since 2022, he has been included on the panel of arbitrators of the Arbitration Centre of the Arequipa Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
