Dedicated to counseling and defense in administrative disputes in regulated sectors (transportation, health, energy, sanitation and infrastructure). He has worked as a lawyer and legal representative in national and foreign companies dedicated to infrastructure projects. Expert in administrative and regulatory law. He has been Chief Legal Officer in the Acciona Group (2023 – 2025), in charge of leading the legal strategies within the framework of the Public Procurement Rule and under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
Lawyer by the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa and graduated from the Master in Business Law by the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). He has been a speaker on various topics of Administrative Law in different university platforms and events organized by faculties and associations dedicated to legal practice and teaching.
