Lawyer graduated from the Federico Villarreal National University, with specializations in Consumer Protection Law, Advertising and Repression of Unfair Competition from the Universidad del Pacífico, with master’s studies in Law, Business and Justice from the University of Valencia.
He was an official of Indecopi for almost seven years, serving as head of various resolution teams in the Consumer Protection Commission No. 1, in financial, banking and insurance matters; in addition, he has provided advice on consumer issues to some of the main national companies in the banking, retail and services sectors.
He has participated as a teacher in consumer protection issues at the National School of Indecopi and at the Graduate School of the San Ignacio de Loyola University.
