Former official at INDECOPI for nearly seven years, serving as head of various decision-making units within Consumer Protection Commission No. 1, handling matters related to the financial, banking, and insurance sectors. Has also provided legal advisory services on consumer matters to national companies in the banking, retail, and services industries.
Licensed in Law by Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. Completed specializations in Consumer Protection, Advertising, and Unfair Competition Law at Universidad del Pacífico, and pursued Master’s studies in Law, Business, and Justice at the University of Valencia (Spain).
Has participated as lecturer on Consumer Protection at the National School of INDECOPI and the Graduate School of Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
