Specialist in Labor and Social Security Law, collective bargaining, and labor litigation.

Experience in advising companies on individual and collective labor matters, as well as in the design and implementation of preventive strategies for the management of labor relations. Has participated in collective bargaining processes through the use of claim segmentation methodologies and the preparation of economic impact matrices for the evaluation of proposals.

Licensed in Law by Universidad Privada del Norte (Trujillo), with mention in Business Law and specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management. Currently enrolled in the Master’s Program in Labor and Social Security Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where also completed the Specialization Program in Labor and Social Security Law.
