Licensed in Law by Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and graduate of the Master’s Program in Law with a specialization in Constitutional Law from the same university. Author of several publications in his area of expertise. 

Over two decades of academic experience at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Has also taught at Universidad de Lima, Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas, and the Peruvian Judicial Academy. Consultant for the First Labor Jurisdictional Plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice (2012). Former President of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law (SPDTSS), and member of the Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law (IIDP) and the Peruvian Association of Human Resources (APERHU).
