Specialist in General Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Financial Law, Securities Law, Corporate Governance, Wealth Planning, and Arbitration. Possesses solid expertise in complex corporate matters, including shareholder and management disputes, as well as in the preparation of high-level legal reports and expert opinions.
Prior to joining the Firm, served as Senior Associate at Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Firm. International experience includes working as Visiting Associate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (Madrid, 2024) and as Legal Intern at Uría Menéndez (Madrid, 2017).
Licensed in Law with honors by Universidad Católica de Santa María de Arequipa. Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad de Navarra (Spain), as well as a Diploma in Professional Services Firm Management from Universidad de Navarra and IESE (Spain).
Undergraduate and postgraduate professor at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Member of the Ibero-American Institute for Law and Finance. Author of several articles published in national legal journals. Former professor at the Law School at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
Since 2022, listed as arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Arequipa.
