Dedicated to the analysis of judicial litigation related to consumer rights in financial matters in Spain.
He represents our firm in the Spanish and Italian jurisdiction.
He has been legal manager of Indecopi and head of the legal advisory office of the Peruvian Environmental Evaluation and Control Agency (OEFA).
Completed studies in the Universidad San Martín de Porres´s Master Program in Civil and Commercial Law. Commentator in the book Ley General del Sistema Concursal – Comentarios (Rodhas, Lima, 2011).
