Consultant with more than twenty (20) years of experience in corporate legal advice to private companies in civil, contractual, patrimonial, commercial, corporate, banking-financial and intellectual property matters.
She has carried out in-house corporate professional activity as international legal advisor for Peru and Bolivia for Quimica Suiza and Banco Nuevo Mundo.
She has also provided corporate legal advice from different law firms, such as Loret de Mola, Venegas & Raventós Abogados and García & Venegas Abogados. She has an International Diploma in Corporate Law from Universidad ESAN and postgraduate studies in Business Law from Universidad de Lima. She has a law degree from Universidad San Martín de Porres.
