Lucía advises clients on Consumer Protection Law, Competition and Intellectual Property matters in the real estate, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, insurance, sports and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

Her experience includes the preparation of legal opinions, the legal assessment of advertising campaigns, and the defence of clients in administrative proceedings before the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) concerning breaches of consumer protection regulations, acts of unfair competition, anti-competitive practices, and infringements of copyright and trade mark rights.

She holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has undertaken studies in the Second Specialisation Programme in Consumer Law and Competition Law at the same institution. She is the author of legal publications in her areas of expertise.
