Ariana focuses her practice on Consumer Law, Competition Law, Advertising and Personal Data Protection. She has experience in regulatory consultancy, developing compliance strategies and responding to requests issued by administrative authorities. She has conducted legal audits in the field of personal data protection and provided legal support to companies operating in the retail, aviation, pharmaceutical and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, among others.

She has participated in administrative sanctioning proceedings through the development of defence strategies, preparation of defence submissions and detailed analysis of regulatory frameworks. She has also prepared legal opinions, assessed regulatory risks and proposed measures to align internal policies with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential contingencies.

Holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has undertaken studies in the Second Specialisation Programme in Consumer Law and Competition Law at the same institution.
