Germán has extensive experience in advising business, public and private entities, in the fields of criminal law and institutional and corporate compliance programs. He is also dedicated to providing legal advice to educational entities and legitimate political advice in the corporate field.
Lawyer from Universidad Particular San Martin de Porres. Completed studies in the Universidad Particular San Martin de Porres’s Master Program in Law with mention in Criminal Sciences and PhD graduate in Law at the same university.
In connection to academic activities, he has been a university professor in Theory of State and Constitutional Law professor at the Officials School from the Peruvian National Police.
