Her practice focuses on representing companies in administrative litigation and constitutional proceedings, particularly in disputes concerning the exercise of supervisory and sanctioning powers by public authorities.

She advises on the early assessment of potential liabilities, the definition of litigation strategies and the conduct of proceedings at every stage, including applications for interim measures and appeals before higher courts.

Her experience includes disputes involving the port, mining, energy, hydrocarbons and fishing sectors, as well as tax and environmental matters in which knowledge of the relevant sector-specific regulatory framework is key to developing a defence strategy.

Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at law firms, in the public sector and at a company in the port sector, where she gained experience in litigation and regulatory matters.

She holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she ranked among the top 10% of her graduating class. She is currently enrolled in the Second Specialisation Programme in Administrative Law at the same university. She has also served as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Philosophy and Contract Law courses.
