Formerly served as Legal Manager at INDECOPI and Head of the Legal Advisory Office of the Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Agency (OEFA) of Peru. Currently based in Spain, focused on the analysis of judicial matters involving consumer rights in the financial sector. Represents the Firm in Spanish and Italian jurisdictions.
Licensed in Law by Universidad San Martín de Porres. Completed Master’s studies with a specialization in Civil and Commercial Law. Contributing commentator in the academic book Ley General del Sistema Concursal – Comentarios (Rodhas, Lima, 2011).
