Specialist in corporate advisory in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Social Security, and Immigration matters. Extensive experience in labor consultancy, litigation, and labor inspections. Has participated in the design of procedural strategies and provided legal advice for managing both individual and collective labor relations in the mining, fisheries, healthcare, education, and other sectors. Has also led corporate training programs on the prevention of workplace sexual harassment and the promotion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices.
Prior to joining the Firm, was part of several prominent firms in Peru, including EY and KPMG, and served as legal assistant at the Supreme Court of Justice of Peru.
Licensed in Law by Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she is currently enrolled in the Second Specialization Program in Labor and Social Security Law. Former teaching assistant in the Constitutional Law course and author of legal articles published in specialized journals.
