José Alberto has experience in individual and collective Employment Law, employment litigation and labour relations management, advising companies in the mining, telecommunications, technology and industrial sectors, as well as developing litigation strategies and managing litigation portfolios.

He has been part of the legal teams at Rubio, Leguía & Normand and Ernst & Young, where he was involved in managing a portfolio of clients, regulatory and case law analysis, and handling judicial proceedings. He has also undertaken roles relating to labour relations in mining projects.

He holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
