Perla advises clients on Consumer Protection Law, Competition Law and Intellectual Property matters. She has experience advising companies in the retail, automotive, real estate and insurance sectors.

Her experience also includes legal consultancy and legal audits, as well as handling administrative sanctioning proceedings relating to consumer protection. Her work involves developing defence strategies, drafting defence submissions, and analysing the applicable regulatory framework and prevailing administrative criteria. She also advises clients on the identification and mitigation of regulatory risks and on the implementation of internal measures aimed at ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently enrolled in the Second Specialisation Programme in Consumer Protection Law at the same institution.
