Specialist in complex matters involving Administrative Law and Regulatory Affairs, including the management of licenses and enabling titles in regulated sectors.
Formerly served as Legal Coordinator at the Technical Secretariats of the Commission on Dumping, Subsidies and Elimination of Non-Tariff Trade Barriers, and at the Specialized Chamber for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers at INDECOPI. Also served as Legal Counsel at the Technical Secretariat of the Commission for the Supervision of Unfair Competition.
Licensed in Law by Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Administrative Law from Universidad del Pacífico and a Diploma in Competition Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile).
Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad San Martín de Porres. Has also lectured at the National School for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property at INDECOPI. Author of various articles published in specialized legal journals.
