Over seven years of experience managing and resolving consumer rights disputes, having developed legal strategies for various financial institutions, with a specialized focus on financial consumer protection. Has provided legal counsel to companies in the retail, real estate, insurance, transportation, and health regulation sectors, both in conflict prevention and in administrative proceedings before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI). 

Previously served in the Competition and Consumer Protection practice areas of prominent law firms such as Hernández & Cía and Muñiz, as well as in the technical team of the Consumer Protection Summary Proceedings Unit No. 1 at INDECOPI, where he participated in the drafting of first-instance decisions on business practices.
