We also assist in proceedings before regulatory agencies and related authorities whose decisions directly impact service delivery, ensuring that such procedures are successfully managed.
We design strategies for regulatory and legal processes that affect the launch and operation of businesses, and we represent clients in disputes within the sectors of energy, telecommunications, water and sanitation, urban transport, and infrastructure. In our Telecommunications specialty, we advise clients throughout the entire operational cycle: from the initial stages (obtaining concessions and enabling titles, coverage plans, monthly filings, infrastructure deployment) to inter-company relations (concession transfers, infrastructure sharing and removal), end-user matters (approval of service agreements, tariff registration, quality-of-service requirements), and interactions with public entities (periodic reporting obligations, requests, and all types of proceedings before the MTC and OSIPTEL).
