Specialist in complex matters involving Competition Law, Consumer Protection, Intellectual Property, and Personal Data Protection. Expert in Administrative Law and Regulatory Affairs. His practice focuses on administrative litigation and the defense of companies in sanctioning proceedings and their judicial review. He also represents clients in arbitration, judicial, and constitutional matters.

Formerly served as Legal Manager of INDECOPI, Deputy Superintendent and Investor Ombudsman at the Superintendence of the Securities Market of Peru. Also served as international officer at the Andean Community and served as Metropolitan Councilman of Lima, among other public sector roles.

Holds two postdoctoral degrees from the University of Bologna and the University of Salamanca. Earned a PhD and Master’s Degree in Law from the University of A Coruña, and a Master’s Degree in Law, Business, and Justice from the University of Valencia. Completed the Specialized Program in International Commercial Arbitration at Washington College of Law. Author of Derecho de la Competencia (Aranzadi, Navarra, 2022) and co-author of Derecho del Comercio Internacional Peruano (Tirant lo Blanch, Valencia, 2022) and Manual de Derecho del Consumo Aplicado a los Servicios Bancarios (Palestra, Lima, 2021). Editor-in-Chief of the Ibero-American Yearbook of Competition and Consumer Law (IJ Editores, Buenos Aires).
