Ana Lucía focuses her practice on Consumer Protection Law, including the defence of companies in administrative sanctioning proceedings relating to consumer matters before the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), as well as providing legal advice on consumer protection matters. She has experience advising financial institutions in administrative proceedings before INDECOPI concerning alleged breaches of consumer protection regulations.

Previously, she served at a Technical Secretariat of INDECOPI’s Consumer Protection Commission.

She holds a Law degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
