Accredited as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), with extensive experience in the strategic management, prevention and resolution of matters within the scope of her professional practice.

Prior to joining the Firm, served as Head of the Regulatory Practice at ECIJA Perú, Head of the Intellectual Property and Competition Practice at Berninzon, Benavides Abogados, and Associate at Jorge Avendaño & Forsyth Abogados. Also served at the Unfair Competition Enforcement Commission of INDECOPI.

Designed and implemented compliance programs in Personal Data Protection, including the drafting and updating of privacy policies, gap analysis, management of personal data banks, implementation of security measures, and legal support in inspections and investigations conducted by the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Licensed in Law by Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, with more than 20 years of professional experience. Participation in arbitration proceedings related to public procurement, including the development of defense strategies, contractual risk analysis, and technical legal support in disputes arising from the execution of contracts with the State, under a technical, strategic and results-oriented approach.
