Lawyer specialised in Corporate and Financial Law, with over fifteen years of experience in banking and insurance regulation, capital markets, project finance, corporate law and foreign investment. His practice combines strategic advice on contractual structuring, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with transactional execution in syndicated loans, securities issuances, real and personal guarantees, as well as business exits and restructuring processes, including dissolution, liquidation, corporate filings and reorganisations.

He has participated in cross-border capital market transactions, joining local advisory teams for filings before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and in M&A transactions under Form S-4.
