Heirol focuses her practice on advising businesses on Competition Law, Consumer Law, Advertising, Personal Data Protection and regulatory matters in regulated sectors, as well as Insolvency and Restructuring matters. She has more than seven years of experience advising companies across a range of industries, including retail, real estate, aviation and education, among others. 

She holds a Law degree from Universidad San Martín de Porres and has completed a postgraduate course in Global Administrative Law at Universidade da Coruña (Spain). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law, Business and Justice at Universidad de Valencia (Spain). 

With experience at a Technical Secretariat of the Consumer Protection Commission of INDECOPI, she currently serves as Academic Secretary of the Anuario Iberoamericano de Derecho de la Competencia y del Consumo (Ibero-American Yearbook of Competition and Consumer Law ) (IJ Editores, Buenos Aires).
