Specialist in administrative law, competition and consumer law, market access, as well as bankruptcy law, with extensive experience in the regulation of e-commerce, retail, aviation, real estate, banking and education. He also has wide experience in personal data protection issues. He has been senior specialist at the Indecopi Tribunal, in-house lawyer in one of the main companies in the telecommunications sector and associate at Estudio Torres y Torres Lara.

He is Lawyer by the University of Piura and Master in Business Law from the University of Lima. Specialization courses in competition, consumer and intellectual property law at the graduate school of the Universidad del Pacifico and Esan. Currently, he teaches the specialization course in Administrative Law at the graduate school of Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
