Dedicated to Labor Law for more than ten (10) years, as well as social security and occupational health and safety. She has extensive experience in consulting for national and international entities, including companies operating in regulated sectors (hydrocarbons, civil construction, telecommunications, education, transportation, among others) and diplomatic missions. She has experience in immigration matters, as well as in providing legal advice and representation in labor inspection proceedings and judicial processes.

Her experience in legal advice includes her previous responsibilities as senior associate at MOAR Abogados and Berninzon & Benavides Abogados, among others.

She has completed studies in the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú´s Master Program in Labor Relations. Law degree from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres. She is the author of specialized papers on labor law.
